DAYWIN Night of Worship

We’ll have lots of fun hanging out in the parking lot from 6:30-7:00, and start inside right at 7:00 with worship through song. Get Away. Get Connected. Grow Together.
This fall, we're getting away together for a weekend built around faith, friendship, and a whole lot of fun.
Our Fall Retreat is designed specifically for Ridgecrest Students to step away from the normal rhythms of life, grow deeper in our faith, and build stronger relationships with one another.
We'll worship together, dive into God's Word, compete in games, hang around the campfire, invest in our small groups, and have plenty of time to simply enjoy being together.
Think of it as a weekend similar to META, but just for Ridgecrest Students—with more intentional time to build connections with our students, leaders, and small groups.
This is our can't-miss weekend of the fall. Prioritize it on your calendar!

The Details
When: October 16–18, 2026
Where: Merriwood Christian Camp
Who: 6th–12th grade students
Cost: $99
Your $99 registration includes transportation, cabin lodging, meals, retreat T-shirt, activities, worship, teaching, and everything students need for the weekend. Merriwood's camp store will be available for optional purchases, but students do not need additional money to participate.
Transportation
We'll travel together from Ridgecrest to Merriwood in vans.
Students should arrive at Ridgecrest at 5:00 PM SHARP on Friday, October 16, with all luggage. Students must travel with the group and may not drive themselves to Merriwood.
We'll return to Ridgecrest at approximately 11:30 AM on Sunday, October 18, immediately following the Sunday service.
Registration
Registration is open August 26–September 30.
There will be no late registration, so make sure to register before the deadline.
Registration is completed through Realm and includes two additional required waivers: the Ridgecrest Activity Agreement and Merriwood waiver.

A Few Things to Know
No-Phone Weekend
Just like summer camp, this will be a no-phone weekend for students. We're creating space to disconnect from the noise and distractions of technology so that students can be fully present with God and one another. Leaders will have phones available for emergencies.

We'll send parents additional information about packing, dress code, medications, schedule, and retreat preparation as we get closer to the weekend.

Women's Ministry Fall Event
Come join us on Saturday, October 24 from 8 a.m. til 1 p.m. in the gym for a seminar on "The Way of Wisdom" as we unpack key themes in the book of Proverbs. This Lifeway study is a collaboration of works by several Christian authors, and we will delve into Scripture and their insights together. There will be a large group gathering to open and close, along with four breakout sessions led by our very own ladies. Lunch and snacks will be provided throughout our time together. Donations to the Women's Ministry are welcome. Invite your friends and come out to enjoy a wonderful morning learning to apply Godly wisdom together! Weekend To Remember
At Ridgecrest, we believe strong marriages build strong families and strong faith communities.
We are excited to announce a special opportunity for couples to attend the Weekend to Remember Marriage Retreat!
As part of our continued commitment to family discipleship, Ridgecrest will cover the admission cost for up to 30 couples who:
✅ Participated in the Family Discipleship Weekend Conference (Saturday, August 15th required)
✅ Completed the Gary Thomas marriage study course (6 week course in the fall)
This retreat is designed to strengthen your relationship, deepen communication, and help you grow together in Christ.
Dates: November 13–15 will be a meaningful weekend to invest in your marriage and grow together spiritually.

What if the secret to a stronger marriage isn’t learning to love your spouse more—but learning to truly cherish them? Millions of couples promise to “love and to cherish” on their wedding day, yet most of us rarely stop to consider what it really means to cherish the person we married. In the Cherish study by Gary Thomas, couples will discover practical, Christ-centered tools to deepen their relationship, strengthen communication, and grow closer to God together—whether you are newly married or celebrating decades together.
After participating in several marriage Bible studies and a recent marriage conference, Jeff and Megan felt God calling them to help other couples invest intentionally in their marriages. They invite you to join them for this 7-week journey as couples to explore God’s design for marriage and learn how to build a relationship marked not only by love, but by honor, joy, and genuine cherishing.
Cost: $5 per book (you can use 1 book per couple)
